I appreciate the time Connie takes to explain things and really listen and offer alternatives. I know when I leave the office after seeing her I have a plan. She gives hope and peace of mind.

She is very efficient, clearly extremely knowledgeable in her specialty, but most importantly to me is compassionate and kind. Connie Ly was friendly, extremely efficient, but thoughtful in her approach. She listened very carefully to what I had to say, wanting details on some things, and noting each for my record. I found her to be an excellent communicator in how she reviewed my x-rays and explained everything, asking me and my husband at each juncture, if we had questions. Impressive!

She was a bit too abrubt. Did not really care to hear my discussion of why my condition initiated. In the past she told me to email her but didn't answer my email. Later said to use MyChart to correspond. [...]

Dr.Ly was very thoughtful and didn't push for surgery. Wanted X-rays to look at bone structure and showed me my diagnosis and choices of treatment.
