About Emily Hilderman
Emily Hilderman, D.N.P, A.R.N.P., is an adult nurse practitioner and provides patient care at UW Medicine Primary Care at Northgate.
Hilderman's clinical interests include community health, geriatric functional assessment, hospice, living well with chronic disease, palliative care and preventive medicine.
Hilderman has the opportunity to work in partnership with her patients to help them identify and reach their healthcare goals. She is passionate about health promotion including living well with chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and arthritis. She enjoys working with every member of the patient's care team, which can include their family and community in addition to other medical professionals.
Personal Interests
Hilderman enjoys growing vegetables, salsa dancing, eating sushi and cheering for the Seahawks.
